So I was going to take some pictures...you know...for the before after.  It didn't happen.  Today was so crazy.  Maybe I'll get to that tomorrow.

Paleo Challenge No.1:  Cooking approved food when you are tired and worn out from a challenging day.  The temptation to just eat a PB&J for dinner was so in my thinking this evening.  I was good though. 
Day 1
Breakfast:  sausage, 1 egg, some cherries, coffee
Lunch:  Leftover piece of grilled steak, baby carrots, almond milk with one spoonful of "super greens"
Supper:  2 fish fillets, broccoli, cooked carrots
